Process Engineer – Miami, FL

Monitor and control the execution of projects in terms of time, 成本与收入, and support the structuring of the company’s processes in order to standardize and optimize times and responses to current needs. Analyze existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and implementing new processes to satisfy operational needs. Work closely with other engineers to ensure quality standards are met, and the processes are operating as intended.

REQUIRES:  Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in 工业工程师ing + 1 year experience as Process Engineer, 工业工程师, Project Manager or related.

Prepare and manage project documents using Procure software (drawing logs, rfi, 更改订单, 提交, closeout and documents) for civil engineering projects.  Stop work as required to prevent work from being completed out of compliance with the project drawings and specifications and prescribe necessary corrective action before continuing work.  Coordinate inspection and oversight from the government’s Quality Assurance Representative.  Assist in the development of cost estimates, schedule, review plans and other technical documents.  Assist the project team with site safety documentation, coordination and closeout of projects.  Prepare and maintain project schedules. 识别, track, and procure all necessary materials ensuring they arrive as needed, and according to project schedule.  Manage the submittal process and effectively communicate with sub承包商 and project teams as needed to ensure potential issues are quickly resolved.

REQUIRES:  Master’s in 土木工程师ing or Construction Management.  1 year experience as 项目工程师, 土木工程师, Field Engineer or related.

Project Manager – Miami, FL 

Devise project work plans, make revisions and communicate effectively with the sub承包商 responsible for completing various phases of projects.  Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in projects.  Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with the Owner and sub承包商.  Conduct bi-weekly project site visits within Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach MSA to monitor and/or discuss progress and upcoming construction activities.  Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.  Ensure project documents are complete.  识别 the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.

REQUIRES:  Master’s in 土木工程师ing or Construction Management.  6 months experience as Project Manager, 土木工程师, 项目工程师, Assistant Project Manager or related.
